Yahoo scans customer email for US intelligence
Yahoo used a software to scan email clients and provide information to US intelligence.
According to Reuters, this software program was built in 2015 to secretly scan users' e-mails for US intelligence.
Two former Yahoo employees and a third person familiar with the case said the company complied with US government orders scanning hundreds of millions of Yahoo Mail accounts under the orders of the National Security Agency. or the FBI.
